
Our Story
Chef Charlie Carrington has a passion for traveling the world. In his travels he has been able to build a large collection of food knowledge. Charlie has brought this knowledge and love to his restaurant ATLAS and his meal kits via ATLAS Weekly.
Charlie has grown up in Melbourne, travelled the world at a young age and then decided to settle down in Melbourne by opening his restaurant, ATLAS in South Yarra in 2016 where he has been awarded a Chef's Hat in the Age Good Food Guide.
